This Rainbow model is built on a James Green Native Trout series s-glass blank, 3 piece for a 4 weight line. It is a beautifully casting rod if a medium action. The reel set is down-locking with anodized aluminum hardware and bamboo spacer. The grip is a 6.5 inch cigar shape. It has an oxidized nickel silver winding check and a black hook keeper. The stripping guide is oxidized nickel silver with a pale red agate insert. The guide wraps are translucent rouge silk with green trim wraps on the butt and at the ferrules. Trim wraps at 12, 15 and 18 inches allow estimation of fish size without new or tape measures. Includes rod tube and bag.
